Very good Doctor very helpful and humble he care his patients perfectly
There receptionist Pavan is very rude lady. She does not answer calls and doesn’t know how to talk to patients. We are leaving doctor because of her attitude and lack of communication skills. Doctor is good. I advise him to replace his staff. There are so many better candidates who can assist to mange the clinic operations smoothly.
The doctor is great. However his wait list for an appointment is 2 weeks typically. Today I got a call from front desk telling me I ‘need to stop going to walk in clinics because he gets charged a penalty each time’. This gave me the message that they care more about their dollar than their patients. I then asked them to remove me as a patient. I would rather get care when I need it with a walk in than having to wait two weeks when sick. No one plans on being sick.
