No point of having a doctor who has this unresponsive receptionist. I am not even able to book the appointment. Called the clinic atleat 20 times since morning. Time to find a better doctor
Dr Suleman is a very good doctor - kind, patient, listens carefully, empathetic. Happy with his client-centered and gentle approach. Unfortunately, his front reception staff needs major improvements. Communication and organization are very poor, and certain staff come across as rude and pushy. I had several unpleasant phone interactions with a woman at reception this past week. Recommend reception/front desk training for a more professional and empathetic health care experience for patients.
Had me in and out, I was also 30 minutes late with my 2 day old and he still accommodated me asap knowing how hard it is to make an appointment with an infant straight out the hospital love this
Dr. Suleman is an amazing family physician — caring, knowledgeable, and thorough. I always feel heard and well taken care of during appointments. Unfortunately, the front office communication is very poor. I called three days in a row (13 times in one day) with no answer. I left a message requesting a callback but never received one. The staff also seemed disorganized when I needed coordination with another doctor. Dr. Suleman is excellent, but the office support really needs improvement.
I am extremely frustrated and disappointed. I booked an important doctor’s appointment two weeks in advance, and one day before the appointment, the office called and canceled it. They told me they would call the next day to rebook. No one ever called. When I called them back, they pushed my appointment another week later.
