Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying.

Dr. Medina is amazing! He knows what he's doing, and puts the parents, grandparents and the children at ease! He is friendly, knowledgable, and in a great location. He always remembers our names, and what we've discussed in previous visits. He is not judgemental about family situations, either. He is a very kind man :)
