Awful first visit. Went there 2 years ago with my son. During this appointment while she was talking to me about a blood test my 23 month old was simply smiling and touching things gently on her shelf. I asked him to come over to me. Before I could do anything else, the Dr abruptly walked over and picked him up and plonked him on the floor in a corner facing the wall and said "stay there and face the wall".
