Dr Safak has been my son’s paediatrician for 11 years. She is knowledgeable and absolutely incredible with children. Her kindness towards them is so endearing. She has helped us navigate multiple issues with ease and it’s always a pleasure to see her. Lisa her receptionist is very kind hearted and so lovely to chat with. She understands struggles that all parents go through in life. It’s the most amazing practice, thank you.
We had our first appointment with Dr Goktogan this morning and my wife and I were thoroughly impressed and satisfied with the service provided. Our experience with reception was pleasant, polite and thorough, and Dr Goktogan was thoughtful, attentive and empathetic to our child's needs. Highly recommended.
The secretary needs to learn a bit about how to deal with customers. She gets angry when I ask her a question. Please a bit smile it is not difficult in Australia!
Rude, aggressive with no interest in the actual child. Hands out diagnosis and prescriptions without doing any required assessments (well known for this). Doesn't acknowledge the children once during appointments. Receptionist is exactly the same.
Dr Goktogan has been seeing my boys since babies! She’s very straight forward and direct which I love. Very knowledgeable and supportive. Highly recommend her!
