The secretary needs to learn a bit about how to deal with customers. She gets angry when I ask her a question. Please a bit smile it is not difficult in Australia!
Rude, aggressive with no interest in the actual child. Hands out diagnosis and prescriptions without doing any required assessments (well known for this). Doesn't acknowledge the children once during appointments. Receptionist is exactly the same.
Dr Goktogan has been seeing my boys since babies! She’s very straight forward and direct which I love. Very knowledgeable and supportive. Highly recommend her!

Safak has been an amazing paed to my children and grandchildren. Her Receptionist is very thoughtful and accomodating. Thoroughly and highly recommend their service.
