If I could give 0 stars… I would!! Dr. Saeed Kronfi had no bedside manners at all and basically made me waste my time as I apparently didn’t even need to see a nephrologist for my case. I basically paid for him to tell me to see another specialty doctor. They are terrible at communicating and sending out paperwork for new patients. I had made an appointment on Nov 18 for Feb 3 to see Dr Kronfli, Only to call and check where their office was to find out the never put in my appointment that I requested, receptionist was unhelpful, wasted time, paper, and ink to print out their paper work. WOULD not go just cause of receptionist attitude!
Dr. Kronfli is a lovable, albeit intense, personality some people might misconstrue as “off.” But in reality, he is just passionate about his patients and his work. He is a brilliant nephrologist, and, yes, he admittedly may come off as having a somewhat frenetic manner...BUT he has worked miracles, and he will go to the ends of the earth to help you.
