The staff here is so unprofessional and helplessness. Everytime is a bad experience visiting the clinic and calling by phone. No one knows what they are doing.

Horrible! The doctor, himself, seems fine. But everyone is so utterly disorganized that this place becomes a joke. Here’s what will happen. You will call and be on hold for a half hour. When they finally answer, you’ll be told there is a 4 month wait for an appointment. Then, after you tell them you need 48 hours notice, 5 different departments and several people will call asking if you can come in the following morning. Call back again, wait 30 minutes again, to tell them what you already told them, you need 48 hours notice... read more

DR.DANNA-DEMOTT,ARGUMENTATIVE, RUDE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR TO NOBODY. FRONT DESK PROFESSIONAL. WASTED ⏲️ AND AND WAS TOLD" WELL I CAN'T HELP THAN"!!!IM CRIPPLE AND I NEED HELP, NOT MORE PROBLEMS.NEVER HAD TO ARGUE WITH NO DOCTORS DURING MY SITUATION OF 7YRS.

Worst place to call I was on hold for 45 minutes and when they finally picked up they hung up . This doctor needs new staff or something needs to be done it’s ridiculous.
