he literally listens to nothing that you tell him. If things are going bad, he’s not there with a helpful hand or ear. if things are going good he hustles you off the phone. Absolute miracle. This man would have gotten a degree in psychiatry in this country absolute miracle.
Trying to get Dr. Phansalkar to look at you as an individual is impossible as he feels that all people require the same dosage of all medications. Trying to get him to follow-up with you is a joke and he constantly makes errors when sending over prescriptions electronically. He leaves on Fridays at noon which means the morning is too busy for him to get back to you, so he won't. Good luck
Dr. Phansalkar is my favorite Doctor of all time! I refer all my friends to him. HE IS AMAZING! 5 STARS 5 STARS
I spend more time out in the waiting room than I do in my actual appointment with him. Calling to the office is always a HUGE problem since it automatically goes to voicemail and the receptionists only check the messages at the beginning of every day, not to mention, never call you back.
The office scheduling process is terrible. They use texts and usually real people do not answer the phone.
