I have been Dr. Shure's patient for over 3 years and if I can give her a 10 star review I would. I have had 2 lower back spine surgeries. Although both surgeries were termed successful my back and leg pain continued to a lesser extent but did not go away. I visited with Dr. Shue suggested that I take another MRI with contrast which I did. Dr. Shue suggested been getting epidural shots every 3-4 months and the results have been outstanding. Dr. Sabrina Shue and her staff are amazing! From the warm welcome at the front desk to the exceptional care Dr. Shue provides, every visit is a positive experience. She listens, explains, and truly cares, and her team is just as friendly and professional. I always leave feeling confident I’m in the best hands.
I did not feel respected by this doctor. She had me wait about an hour and didn't seem to care. I have learned that my time is just as valuable as any doctor's time. I went to a different doctor for a different reason, saw the full waiting area and rescheduled my appointment. When I went back for my appointment, the waiting area was empty and the wait was 5-10 minutes. It's all about managing the schedule. I have been seeing Dr. Shue for at least five years. I have rheumatoid arthritis and need help from time to time. Her injections for the horrific pain I get have been very very effective. She really does care and I will continue always to see her.
The injection did not effectively numb the area and the pain from the second injection caused me to scream due to a burning sensation down my leg. Three days later I still experience the same pain with no improvement at all.
It seems like Dr. Shue just doesn't care. She treats patients according to how SHE feels, not how the patient feels. She doesn't pay attention to anything you say. We have to go through the same conversation every single time we see her and doesn't seem to learn anything from them. The patient has a very rare form of cancer and is on a very uncommon chemo. I found Dr. Shue very kind and listened to everything I said about my sciatica. I go this week for another visit. She is a doctor I trust. Thank you Dr. Shue for listening to me.

Dr. Shue is a competent and caring doctor who leaves no stone unturned when working to help me with my back pain. Her staff, however, is totally incompetent and surly. The practice would certainly benefit from a change of support staff.
