We love Dr Cimo! My three kids have been seeing her for years and she is excellent!
I was disappointed by this doctor's rigid behavior. Had an appointment for 9am with email/text confirmation (appointment in place for two months). Their office changed it to 8:45 without asking/notifying me. Dr. Cimo refused to see me because "I was 15 minutes late" ( I arrived 9:00 on the dot). Do not pick this doctor as your child primary care physician or this location. All they care is MONEY! When I had private insurance they see my daughter but when I switch to MEDICAID BCBS IL which clearly state in their website they take it, I called Northshore to verify it and called insurance company to see if the doctor is in network. After all this I changed it to BCBS IL a week before my daughter appointment they called me, first saying Dr CIMO is not in network, second she is not taking any new patient (my daughter bee... read more
Dr Cimo is very knowledgeable. She manages her time wisley and is incredibly puntual. We are usually seen within 10 min of arriving, however she does not tolerate lates and does reschedule at 15 min. The team also responds relatively fast to emails. Unfortunately, some office staff is not very helpful and may come off as rude.
