If I could give him no stars I would. He is rude and didn’t listen to my concerns at all. The way he talked to me and made me feel is one of my reasons not to come back again.
The absolute worst pediatrician in town. He mistreats patients when he sees they are on AHCCCS. He talks to parents in the WORST manner you can think of. I will be calling the BBB on this poor excuse of a man.
We love Dr. Alou! (My son thinks his name is Baloo, like the bear) He's so kind and great with my son. His office is always busy, so there's usually a long wait, but I don't hold that against him. He's created a kid-friendly environment and the staff often give small gifts to the kids, especially after vaccinations. His examinations are also quick and to the point but he'll also answer any questions I have. I'm very pleased with my experiences so far.
