They have their reception staff contact you since they have over 2,000 patients and don’t have time to follow up with both parents. Probably explains why they are so eager to diagnosis and medicate a 5 year old child with ADHD after a 10 minute appointment despite independent parties like teachers and physiotherapists not noticing anything of concern. I'm incredibly lucky and grateful that he is my physician. Excellent practice and the staff are wonderful and kind.
The receptionists are like: "Please don't call us again. You can do your own search on Google and find out whether you are sick or not. The doctors are not available now and in the future. Don't worry, we heard that you are a good guy and you will go to heaven"
