She is very gentle she explains the procedre. She made my experience go smoothly
The receptionist is very rude, unorganized and its all over the place. After calling several times to get my results from my colonoscopy, she advised me to call back on Tuesday ;4 day later she would make sure doctor Boudreau would be in the office waiting for my call. I called Tuesday as she required; tells me she is working from home to call her there.
