I was referred to Dr. Rytis Valskys by a no fault Medical Office. He did not explain the procedure to me properly, he did not give me the proper name of the procedure (I found out later I was having a MUA), he did not explain that I was going to be put under anesthesia. He also told me his office was around the area of the No fault Medical Office I met him in which is in the Bronx.
