I called this practice 2x. The girl who answers the phone recognized me from the first time who told me that I need a referral from my PCP because I have an HMO. My PCP told me my coverage lapsed, so I called back and said I will self-pay. She was very hesitant to give me an appointment. She put me on hold for a long time and said her "computer is very slow" she did this a few times while answering my questions just delaying the time. She Lied. Dr. Valicek is an excellent physician. Always on time no wait. Answers all your questions and explains it clearly. You will never be rushed. He cares about his patients. I have been a patient for years and would never think of going anywhere else. The staff is friendly and you receive top notch care. Id give more stars if I could.
Dr. Valicek has been an excellent RA Dr. Always pays attention to my problem. He has started me on arencia infusion and seems to be working. I went today and seen PA Wallace. She sent for a bone density test because I use Prednisone. I can stop when the infusion kick in.
