I am happy with Dr. Ryan Schott. He knows a lot and answers all questions. Dr. Schott is familiar with all the latest innovations in ophthalmology. He is better than the ophthalmologists I met since 2013. By the way, the optometrists in the office are excellent at adjusting glasses, and the staff is very nice. Thank you.

I had a great experience at Kindred Optics. Dr. Schott is extremely patient, very knowledgeable, and friendly. Everyone was kind, polite and efficient. I would definitely recommend Dr. Schott for any issues related with the eyes.

Blindsided! 2022-12-18 My kiddos had appointments set for October 2022 but it had to be changed to December 2022. One of them was a returning patient and the other was a new patient. Both are on my insurance plan and I've used my insurance for both myself and daughter in the past with no issue. Here's where it became an issue, the office had months to verify my insurance again especially after I told them that nothing has changed. I took my mother to her appointment ment for 9:50 a.m. today. She did not have a good experience with him the first time. He was quite rude and abrupt with her at the first appointment. Her recheck was this morning. She is 92 years old and has a heart condition. She was in back for over two hours before he bothered to see her. The people who had appointments after her had already been seen and had left. I honestly think she was forgotten by them.
