From the initial phone call to schedule my colonoscopy, I was clearly walked through all details regarding insurance, pre-op exam, preparation, and follow-up by his GREAT staff and personal assistant! I first met Dr. Crenshaw in the ER as he was called in to perform an emergency endoscopy on me. I feel very fortunate that I met Dr. Crenshaw that evening, and have been in his care ever since.
