Good doctor
BEST Psychiatrist I have ever seen in my entire life. Dr O'Connell pulled me out of the grave and keeps above ground. Compassionate, he listens and he has updated, current knowledge of all things mental health. His receptionist, Trish, is a wild one. I love her so much. I think patients expect a somber, distant receptionist when they call and that is NOT Trish. She knows the clientele she is dealing with and she is a ray of sunshine in my opinion!!!!!
Dr. OConnell is the best in his field. I was given the run around from many major providers in this area, and when you see what real mental health care is like- you APPRECIATE IT. Ive been his patient for over 3-4 years now. He listens. He is transparent. And I LOVE his receptionist. She is hilarious and always makes me feel welcomed. I've struggled with so much in the past with my mental health. Diagnosis after diagnosis. Took me 5 years to find a doctor who could hear me for who I am today and not who I was based on my past.
Dr Oconell is absolutely fabulous, but every time I call and the receptionist picks up, she’s very quick to get off the phone and rude. I just tried explaining to her how I thought I had a 12 o’clock phone call scheduled with him , after she just called me Friday to confirm it.
