In my personal experience with Dr. Oconnel, he is truly a doctor for “me”. What I mean by that is he listens to my concerns and is honest about his medical opinions and the medications he suggests. He never tries to push any medications on me when I am hesitant to start something new and never pushes back when I say I need to change something. In general poor communication... We experienced 2 separate instances where we called and were told we'd receive a call back from Dr. O'Connell. Call backs never happened and both were time sensitive situations. Front desk lady doesn't seem to have time for you when you call ether. Friend of ours tried to make a new client appointment and her attitude alone turned him away immediately. THIS REVIEW WAS REMOVED! Secretary is the rudest i have ever encountered. I had to pick up my dog from a surgery and i was going to run home to drove back to my oppointment so my boyfriend could pick her up. Well she went and talked to the doctor who proceeded to say i must wait like everyone else and yet he made me wait an extra 40 minutes after my scheduled time.
