My wife and I came into Dr Ryan's office for an evaluation for a ned shoulder replacement. During the evaluation we asked about the risks and reverse vs anatomic replacement and he appeared offended by our questioning him. He abruptly stood up and ended the evaluation and left the room with.his aid/stenographer.\He may be a good surgeon but his bedside manner leaves a lot to be desired. We gathered that 'he doesn't care whether he does the surgery on me or not from this conversation in our opinion.
