Dr Rich and his staff were very friendly, got me in next day after they called regarding my referral, then I got same day laser after they figured out what was going on. Yes, wait times at this office can take a while because they have high volume and multiple providers, just try to get the earliest appointment you can to cut down wait time. In total, I only spent 3 hours here and I would agree my service was fairly prompt. Thanks for doing what you could for my retinal tear Dr Rich
