Dr. Li and the front office ladies / receptionist were phenomenal! However, the assistants to Dr. Li (PA’s?) (especially the female - don’t even know her name because she didn’t introduce herself) lacked empathy and sympathy..I very often if ever go to a doctors office (of any kind) and felt as if they were rushing me to get in and out and could care less of why I was there or what I was going through, just another patient on another day trying to get in and out - No - how are you doing? I would definitely recommend their service for orthopedic care
Dr. Li was kind, patient and professional. He diagnosed my issue and provided options for addressing my concerns. The final decision was mine and I love that! His staff was great too!
