I have spent hours of my time on hold! The phone number to call and pay my bill is associated and linked to this office. I waited 20 mins again for them to say hello how can I help you, I can badly talk and I did answer, in the 4 seconds she was on the line she hung up on me!! Really, does this companies guidelines only require you to stay in the line for 4 to 5 seconds??
