Dr. Carter was absolutely wonderful. We came in last minute on a Friday evening for an urgent care visit, and he made the entire experience easy and reassuring. He took the time to really listen to our symptoms, thoroughly checked both of my boys for strep, and made sure we had a clear plan going into the weekend—which gave me so much peace of mind. Dr Carter is completely unprofessional and lazy. Horrible bedside manner. My mom has multiple sclerosis and is currently hospitalized for pneumonia. Still on 3 liters of oxygen, but all he is willing to consider as far as treatment is letting her die. When we refused to sign a DNR, he discharged her. No one trained in medicine would look at someone with pneumonia, 3 liters of oxygen, and active respiratory therapy breathing treatments, etc, discharged to a facility that does not offer breathing treatments or oxygen monitorin... read more
