Dr Carter is completely unprofessional and lazy. Horrible bedside manner. My mom has multiple sclerosis and is currently hospitalized for pneumonia. Still on 3 liters of oxygen, but all he is willing to consider as far as treatment is letting her die. When we refused to sign a DNR, he discharged her. No one trained in medicine would look at someone with pneumonia, 3 liters of oxygen, and active respiratory therapy breathing treatments, etc, discharged to a facility that does not offer breathing treatments or oxygen monitorin... read more
