Dr. Miller bad bed side manner, doesn't explain anything, rushes through appointment
Worst experience I've ever had with a so-called "Healthcare professional." Dr. Miller was a new specialist for my son, who has cerebral palsy, yet came into the room, looked at him for 2 minutes and said "he needs surgery" and when we raised concerns, because past specialists (including his past ortho, who we see yearly for check ups) and my son's physical therapist who sees him on a regular basis have told us that surgery should be an absolute last resort. We are so glad Dr. Miller was the surgeon to work on our daughter. She broke her tibia and fibula near her ankle and needed 2 screws placed. He was gentle and kind with her and very reassuring. He took time to answer questions and follow up with us after the surgery was done to let us know what to expect.
