New patient. Had an appointment with Dr Arthur’s and I NEVER SAW HIM. A dentist came into the room and stood behind me. No hi, no introduction, and being I was laying down with my back toward him, I had to ask him who HE was. Not a very professional way to greet a new patient!! He seemed uncaring and unfriendly. I’m not happy with the cleaning either. I will not be back! Seems like I was waiting for the train to arrive-got on board-and was dumped at the next station! Sad!
