Dr Ryan Starr is missing the importance of building rapport. I used to see his father who was dynamite. I had a cleaning and 1st check with Dr. Ryan Starr he barely looked in my mouth and spoke to me less than 1 minute. In fact one of my bottom molars has black mark on it like the white is wearing off and he said nothing, asked nothing. I now have a cracked implant. I went to Dr Starr's office today and had an excellent experience. It was super easy to schedule via ZocDoc, they took me at 7:30am (right on time), the dental hygenist was fantastic and very considerate, and Dr. Starr was excellent! I think this is the first time I'll be excited to return to the dentist in 6mo for another cleaning.

I have received excellent care from Dr Starr’s office from receptionist to dental asst and Hygenist(Shannon). The gentle respectful approach to my dental needs has allowed me to stay on top of my oral care.
