I’ve been experiencing double vision for quite some time, and unfortunately, no one seemed to be able to provide a suitable approach or make an accurate assessment of my condition. This doctor is so caring and listens to you. He understands his trade and does everything possible to keep you on track with your eye changes. He is simply the best!
'I've never encountered a doctor with such a poor bedside manner. She acted as if performing an eye exam was a favor rather than her job. Her customer service skills could use significant improvement. Unfortunately, this experience took place at the Chesterfield Sam’s Club, which is otherwise a great store. However, my family will be seeking eye care elsewhere in the future.'
Dr. Nolton is an excellent optometrist. During the entire time she was my doctor, I always felt heard, and seen. I knew she would listen to my concerns. I never once felt like she rushed through our appointment and she would always ask about my family and job during my visit. She even became my child's optometrist. They also enjoyed the yearly visits with her as well. If you're looking for an optometrist in the Pensacola area, then Dr. Nolton is the best choice in my opinion.
He is so knowledgeable. I’m a doc myself and he took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions. I learn something new every time I have an appointment with Dr Tanke! Truly amazing and caring guy - so lucky that I have him to take care of me and my eyes !
Dr. Lai is what someone going into healthcare should be like. Intelligent, kind, caring and exceptional disposition. She takes the time to listen to your issues and breaks them down to then put it back together like a beautifully finished puzzle. My children refuse to go to anyone else either!
She is very thorough and listens to you. Best exams I have ever had.
