Hasn’t kept up with the times. Office needs help. Switched to more professional doctor with competent staff.
Dr Ruth Clemmons does my annual exam every year and she does an excellent job. She listens to what I have to say and on a couple of occasions has caught some medical issues ahead of my primary care doctor. I respect her knowledge and investigative mind when it comes to being a doctor.
I've been coming to Dr. Clemens for the past 8 years. Dr. Clemens is a wonderful and knowledgeable doctor. She does her best to make you feel comfortable during a not-so-comfortable time. Her staff, however, are incompetent. While scheduling my last 3 consecutive annuals, I show up for them to tell me the doctor is not in today. I can imagine it happening once... but THREE times... to the SAME person? It's really not that hard to schedule clients appropriately. Dr Clemens is wonderful! She takes all the time you need and really goes the extra mile to find out what is actually going on.
Dr. Clemens is excellent. Her office staff needs work. They refused to make an appointment for my daughter because I would not give them her social security number. Very frustrating.
