I deeply appreciate Dr Burns and her kind, pragmatic manner and clear communication... and expert, skilful dentistry! Every time I've needed to see her I've never been uneasy and nervous as I settle into that orange chair...(unlike many other dentists I've seen over my 65 years).
I have no doubt Ruth is a competent dentist however she has transgressed ethical boundaries with me terribly. After interrogating me on my mental health, and seemingly deciding unilaterally that I was uncompliant with psychiatric medication, Ruth called me a 'naughty useless thing' in a venomous tone. Appalling overeach and bullying.
Very experienced, knowledgeable and friendly. Would highly recommend for children and adults alike.
Ruth is exceptional, kind compassionate great at explaining things & empowering . She’s looked after my family for several years, always leave feeling better & confident re management plan no matter what the issue. We’ve always loved the kids fan mail drawings displayed on the walls of Ruth’s surgery.- no better testimonial possible!
