We arrived at 7:45am waited until 9am to be told she had other things to do. Let that sink In , today Jan 29/26 I’m absolutely disgusted by the staff and the dr, how they could make us wait for over an hour, my daughter wasn’t seen, to do that to a little girl who’s 8 , waiting to see specialists and has a lot going on is beyond me. We waited over 6 months for this appointment, showed up early to be told we need to reschedule, waiting another 6 months. Terrible experience with this doctor. Does not care about the patient. The clinic is listed as closed until 9 am but they will schedule you for 8am. Inconsistent information. They will have you waiting 40+ minutes just to reschedule you 5 months later. Insane. Terrible customer service interface. Receptionist are rude and incompetent.
