How do you inject babies with a flu vaccine with NO indication to the parents of what you are administering and the adverse possible effects you as a doctor are aware of??? Is that not questionable and possibly criminal?
We arrived at 7:45am waited until 9am to be told she had other things to do. Let that sink In , today Jan 29/26 I’m absolutely disgusted by the staff and the dr, how they could make us wait for over an hour, my daughter wasn’t seen, to do that to a little girl who’s 8 , waiting to see specialists and has a lot going on is beyond me. We waited over 6 months for this appointment, showed up early to be told we need to reschedule, waiting another 6 months. Terrible experience with this doctor. Does not care about the patient. The clinic is listed as closed until 9 am but they will schedule you for 8am. Inconsistent information. They will have you waiting 40+ minutes just to reschedule you 5 months later. Insane. Terrible customer service interface. Receptionist are rude and incompetent.
Good doctor. However will only see one of my children and wont accept the others as patients. will likely keep shopping and eventually move ALL the kids to one physician. Notorious for total disregard for patients time and patience. So if you value any of the forementioned, look elsewhere.
Myself and my toddler arrived right on time for a consultation and travelled 50 minutes. We were put in room where it was hot during a heatwave. We waited for this doctor for 40 minutes. I felt like our time wasn’t respected. Then we were told the doctor was going to be late. My toddler is autistic so it was hard having him wait and wait and wait, so finally we left the hot room and was told we would have a phone call regarding another appointment, then left.
