I have been going to this clinic for awhile now.just because it's close to my house. My kid are seen by Nurse Practitioner. I have never met Dr.Ruth .Last week I had a very bad experience. They said I had a balance of $40 from previous visit which I didn't know about. They never called or sent a bill to notify me. They wanted me to pay it immediately and if not they won't see my daughter whom I had brought that day.what if I didn't have money to clear it. She told me I had to reschedule . This was not right. Please reform
This place has gone down hill I have been taking my baby sister here since she was a few months old she’s now 6, they changed locations and lost all their good doctors. It’s just not the same
Dr tan us an amazing dr and I love her is why I have tolerated this clinic for over 15 years and because my daughter has medical issues however now that she's about to age out and I only have one child left I am going to switch Dr's. The office staff and communication is horrible. 20 minutes for them to process a payment. When they say they are going to call you back they don't. I took my daughter here for 4 months when she was first born. I discontinued after my concerns were blown off. My daughter is starting school this year, and it’s come to my attention that not only did they not sign my copy of the shot record. They didn’t even keep their own records. They have her last visit down as being in February, however I even have pictures of my daughter in their office in April of that year, and a hospital visit shortly after.
