Pésimo servicio al cliente por parte de las recepcionistas! Mantienen amargadas, super despectivas, parece q uno les estuviera pidiendo un favor o sea ? 🤨 en especial una rubia! La información a medias!! Nono q desilución ! Puede q los drs sean buenos pero deberían de cambiar de personal, pienso q si crecimiento sería otro! Pq muchas veces uno deja de ir a un lugar pq desde la entrada atienden MAL! Y me parece una falta de respeto no mirar a la cara a una persona mientras habla! No vuelvo por allá

I am extremely disappointed with the level of service and organization at this podiatry center. My experience has been consistently frustrating due to multiple administrative errors and a lack of accountability. Appointments were scheduled only to be canceled at the last minute, often with the excuse that no doctor was available — a clear sign of poor internal coordination. After sitting in the office for over an hour waiting for my scheduled appointment, I was told I would not be seen due to no one in the office being able to verify my benefits. If this was the case, why allow me to schedule the appointment and then wait an hour. I offered to pay cash for the appointment and was still denied. After arguing, they agreed to let me have at least a consultation, however after learning that the issue was involving toe nail, I was told the doctor does not work on toe nails. Por favor no vengan aca hace un año visite este lugar lo primero que le dije es que si mi seguro cubría todo y ellos me dijeron que si. Además yo solo les dije que me dolia el pie y sim preguntarme nada me empezaron a medir mi pie ya que para zapatos especiales y que un yeso para mi pie y montón de cosas al final de 3 meces me llego un motón de cosas y yo solo quería que me revisaran el pie.
