I wasted my life savings of almost $20,000 (including hospital bed and theatre fees) to have fully ablative laser treatment to my face and hands performed by Dr Hills in October 2024 and am extremely disappointed with the results - there is absolutely no improvement whatsoever. After treatment by the nurse not Dr Hills and, in fact, I barely laid eyes on him, in my opinion this practice is overpriced with a focus on the almighty dollar. The procedure I had was extremely expensive only then to be informed I was required to pay an additional amount for the final follow up appointment. I’ve never had that happen in the past. I will not return.

Over the past 18 months I've been a patient at Aesthetix for for prevention and treatment of skin cancer. I've had three Squamous Cell Carcinomas successfully removed with Mohs Surgery, Photo Dynamic Therapy & V-Laser. Without exception Dr Hills and his team of nursing and reception staff have been pleasant, professional, and very helpful. Anyone reading this means iam alive and well thanks to Dr Russell Hills. Because of my cancer rarity at he time only 8 recorded cases world wide, I thought maybe this is the one thing that takes me out. Its been 8 years since removal of an Eccrine Duct Carcinoma subtype. After skin grafts, plastic surgery by Dr Jamie Swartz in Cairns and radiation to mop up any rouge cells, i can say thankyou to all who helped me.
