After treatment by the nurse not Dr Hills and, in fact, I barely laid eyes on him, red flags went up when he actually asked me if a biopsy was performed…… seriously shouldn’t he have known this??. I wasted my life savings of almost $20,000 (including hospital bed and theatre fees) to have fully ablative laser treatment to my face and hands performed by Dr Hills in October 2024 and am extremely disappointed with the results - there is absolutely no improvement whatsoever. During a follow up appointment a couple of months ago I politely advised Dr Hills of my disappointment and dissatisfaction, hoping to receive a partial refund offer. Over the past 18 months I've been a patient at Aesthetix for for prevention and treatment of skin cancer. I've had three Squamous Cell Carcinomas successfully removed with Mohs Surgery, Photo Dynamic Therapy & V-Laser. Without exception Dr Hills and his team of nursing and reception staff have been pleasant, professional, and very helpful. Dr Hills takes time to explain things and answer questions; and I've never felt rushed, or that I'm asking stupid questions.
