Dr.Feit is a wonderful doctor and has been a great help to me for many years ! I moved out of state for a short period of time and was so happy when I came back to Florida to see him again ! His partner Dr.Boa (not sure of spelling) is also a great doctor and all the front office staff and back office staff are amazing and kind and caring and make my appointments a breeze ! Thank you for all you do !
Dr. Feit is great but like everyone else on here I have to agree you cannot call them and get anyone to answer the phone. If the phone call gets disconnected, they do not call you back! You have a minimum wait time of 25 minutes for anyone to even pick up a call and then good luck for them to do anything about it that day or the next day and then you just have to call back again and wait for 25 minutes and pray that somebody answers. Dr Feit seems to be an excellent pain management specialist. Takes his time to discuss options, doesn’t push unwanted medications. My issues lie with his office staff. He has 3 locations and all are staffed with complete incompetency. I have been sent to unknown locations, over 40 miles out of the way, for injections, to be told that they are not there! I have attempted to have a script changed (just the mg) at least 6 times, but eventually had to call an old doctor, as non of his staff would return my call, text or email. I... read more
Absolute nightmare. Spent 4 months in unbearable pain waiting for “simple” injections. Told it’s no problem at first visit. After every monthly visit no one knew anything, no answered phone calls, rude front desk personnel and on top of that a serious infraction committed WITHOUT MY CONSENT OR KNOWLEDGE. Do not waste your time. Dr Feit’s office has REFUSED to release my medical records to my doctors when SIGNED AND REQUESTED BY MY AUTHORIZATION, which is a PATIENT’S RIGHT.
