Will kick you out for reasons unrelated to your situation. They seemed like decent people but after kicking me out even tho I’m in middle of court case after accident really messed me up I realized they are just selfish awful human beings, no decent human being wouldve done that.
I just waited over 20 minutes twice to speak to someone and was hung up on by a woman who is Spanish speaking and possible a receptionist, I’m upset that I did not get her name. I called in regards to a prescription given by Dr. Feit at Good Samaritan off campus ED about 2 weeks ago and each and every time I called both offices no one answered the phone, until today. Fire the people that answer your phones!!!! They are beyond horrible
Absolutely unsatisfied dr.freit was cool with me but hard to reach office NEVER and I REPEAT NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE I do NOT RECOMMEND ‼️‼️‼️‼️
My initial visit with the doctor went well. However when I needed to get my prescriptions filled the nightmare began. Their department person who faxed the prescription to two different pharmacies, well he I had a serious issue with. Neither pharmacy received the prescription. I called the receptionist a dozen times to let them know both pharmacies never received the prescriptions. The man who faxed the prescriptions would never come to the phone but would tell the receptionist that he faxed them and would refuse to fax them... read more
