Dr Russell is out of place. I went to him for my big left toe, he had rather look at the small toe which I have no problem with. Then he sent me in another room where I was strapped up with blood pressure machines. Both legs and arms and told me to come back for the result in a week. He did not attend to the big toe neither gave me any medication. I ordered something for fungus from Amazon and my toe is doing much better. I don’t ever want to see him again!
