I can't believe how disappointed I am with the front office staff. I called Thursday afternoon to cancel a Tuesday morning appointment and was told that, since they don't work Thursdays or Fridays, this didn't count as 2 business days' notice. This is not anywhere on their website. I explained I needed to cancel to finally restart full-time hours that I had lost because of COVID, that I only just got notice of it, and needed the money since I'd been barely employed since March. My journey with Dr Boyce and his beautiful staff are hard working extremely professional and just truly genuine people all around ,they have nothing but compassion and honesty is to say the least! l travel a long distance to go there and l don't regret it for a single .second it was the best thing l ever did.
