Dr. Williams performed a procedure to relieve my enlarged prostate. 13 months later, my condition is substantially the same as it was before the procedure. In other words, he charge me a substantial amount of money for procedure that didn’t work. Now he is no longer seeing patients who he previously perform surgery on, and is assigning them to a nurse practitioner. It’s just about the money with him.
Very great doctor
Good morning, the doctor knowledge and subsequent treatment is very good, unfortunately some members of his staff (not all of them) do not have any bedside manners or know how to properly deal with customers. I even brought this up in my second appointment, obviously nothing has been done. See below main issues found: 1-Fail to provide clear explanation for test or instructions both via phone or in person 2-Lack of courtesy almost to the point of rudeness i.e: "You are not the only patient"
Dr Williams is great! The staff was very friendly, and the doctor was on time! They are technilogially advanced with a patient portal, and I was able to access my labs in a couple of days. Fantastic experience and I highly recommend him!

I had a no scalpal vasectomy on Monday, back to work the next day. The most pain I felt was from the application of the anesthesia. No pain during or after the procedure. The procedure took a little more than 5 minutes. It seemed as though the doctor could perform the vasectomy in his sleep. His staff is friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Dr Williams.
My husband and I met with Dr Williams's nurse practitioner. He took his time going through my husbands medical records and discussing a plan with us. I was super impressed by the staff, wait time, and over all experience. We were already super nervous seeing a doctor we originally weren't referred to. But his office was great!!! We definitely made the right decision and I would recommend him to anyone that is having fertility issues...
After he has your money for the procedure they make no effort to give you your test results. My husband had a vasectomy back in December. It's been weeks since he submitted two samples and nobody contacted him with results. He called several times and no answer. He couldn't even leave a message because the mailbox was full. Has driven over there twice to try and find something out. Total garbage. Go elsewhere.
Horrible experience. I got to the office 20 minutes early. Waited an hour after my appointment time before telling receptionist I needed to use restroom. Came back to waiting room to find out they called my name while in restroom for 2 min. Waited another hour before asking when I was going to be seen. Receptionist replied that it would be another 45 minutes. And then who knows how long for the procedure. And there was a $900 difference in cost from when appointment was made and day of.
