Dr. Ortisi not only gave me a wrong diagnosis on my teeth, I found out from a different dentist, but, also would not return two calls to me as one tooth was in pain. Also, incredibly unfriendly. Seriously, would go elsewhere.
I absolutely do not trust them and their advise. Dr. Ortisi had told me I would need a crown on two of my front teeth, due to the multiple fillings and root canals he stated to me "insurance will have absolutely no problem paying for this" Well, turns out that was the wrong call. After multiple reviews through the insurance company (by other dentists), it has not been paid for. And therefore I am stuck with a 500$ bill that was supposed to be the insurance portion due to the misguidance from Dr.
I first saw Dr. Ortisi for an emergency situation (lost crown) after seeing my former dentist. The old dentist had a huge plan of treatment (and price tag). Dr. Ortisi simply reinstalled the crown with a warning it might not last but was worth a try. For the cost of an office visit. That was five years ago and all is well. As relaxing as a dental appointment can be! Highly recomended!
Dr. Ortisi took care of all my fillings (changing silver to white) at my pace. He gave what i believe to be the most honest of recommendations with my treatment . This man is a natural and FANTASTIC at his job! He is a people person, as is his staff...all very friendly! I'm happy for once in my life when i go to the dentist.
