I had an amazing customer service experience. Several times after I finished my tooth pulling appointment Dr. Rupen followed up with me and made sure I was okay. It is the best dental service I've ever received.
Dr. Rupen is incredibly patient and extremely knowledgeable to the core!.I went in with my nerves up to the roof. This is due to a negative experience I had with a prior dentist. Dr. Rupen took the time to ask me questions and seemed very caring to make my visit as comfortable as possible. I walked out of his office leaving my trauma behind. His staff is very professional and kind. They treat you as person and not as a dollar sign walking in. He’s a keeper ! Dr. Rupen I cannot thank you enough! It is very rare now a days to ... read more
