Dr.Nasreen is a great but unfortunately her receptionists are extremely hostile and rude. She started raising her voice when i asked why they hadn't answered one of my 9 phone calls in 2 hours. I also left a voicemail. When i arrived to the clinic to speak with someone, one of them was cuddling a dog. I told them that my son has an extreme medical condition and Dr.Nasreen refills his prescription upon request. This woman continued being hostile and said my.son had to be with me for a prescription to be written, which isnt tr... read more
Dr Nasreen cares for both our children and we have been very happy with the care we recieved from her. Recently they were able to fit us in on short notice, which was greatly appreciated.
Professional Doctor and have always been happy with her. Not easy to get an appointment, often not the friendliest office staff and message box was full all summer. Doctor is booked for the entire month. Have to find another walk in or Pediatric Dr unfortunately unless it takes months to get in everywhere.
I have been going to doctor Nazarene for all my kids for 11 years. She is the most caring doctor I've ever met. I know some people think she's judgy, and I understand how it might come off that way, but really it's just she is very serious about her job and she really cares. She has helped me get specialist appointments for my kids, she gave me great advice while breast feeding.
