PA Andrea Douglas is exceptional! So compassionate and truly cares about her patients. She takes the time to make sure all your questions are answered. Appointments run very smooth and I never have to wait long like most doctors offices. I am now taking my teenage boys to see her as well and would highly recommend her.
I went for sciatica pain and was sent home with lab orders and told to schedule yet another appointment for a physical. Nothing given for immediate relief of pain. And Kathy the medical assistant was rude and had no empathy. I didn't even see the doctor i only saw the nurse practitioner. I do not recommend this place and I won't be going back.
The office staff is so professional and accommodate as much as they can. They are very friendly and the Dr's are nothing but nice and very supportive. Very attentive to the patients needs. Thank you!
