I had a disappointing experience during my visit. Dr. Rubina seemed to have an unfriendly attitude and did not listen properly to more than one of my health concerns. Additionally, the clinic did not maintain the appointment order well, so I ended up waiting much longer than expected without any explanation. I hope these issues are addressed to improve patient care in the future.

Bad attitude, Need to be a good human being to be a good doctor, From staff to doctor, nobody shows humbleness .
Waited the whole morning for my scheduled appointment, then she said she’s “essentially not my family doctor anymore,” as I haven’t seen her in a couple years. Told me to go another walk in clinic because she can’t help. She’s trying to do as minimal work as possible.
