if i could give my experience zero stars i would.. today gave me and my son the most traumatic experience at a doctor visit... my son is 4 and has ASD (autism spectrum disorder) we went in for a "sick" visit for pink eye but he was not sick.. we went in and the nurse was so rude and clearly has never worked with special needs kids.. we walked in through the sick door to a narrow hallway which was completely packed with people and my son was wearing his noise cancelling headphones.. we walk over to the scale and my son is alr... read more
Dr Gabby has been my Son Dr since birth. He has been the best Doctor. He is very caring, listens to us and guides us on what to do or know since this is my first child. He had wonderful bedside manner after the birth of my child at the hospital. We had picked out a different doctor but because Dr Gabby was so good to us we decided to stay with him. My son's insurance sent me list of Dr's due to the previous Dr retired I called and made this Dr his PCP because I had few concerns and I was on hold for hour and 10 minutes no answer I called the next day tried to make appointment the person said she will call me back never received call back I called again I was on hold for 42 minutes there's absolutely no responsibility not lprofessional they don't care for your time so sad.
