Absolutely the best Nueologist that I have seen. Dr. Cintron has been my Nuerologist for over 6 years and has been absolutely perfect! He is extremely attentive to my on-going needs as I work through cluster headaches resulting from a fall I had back in college. Until seeing Dr. Cintron I had been bounced around for years without a specific diagosis.I strongly urge all to see Dr. Cintron, he is always available and has gone so far as to provide me his personal email address to allow me to touch bases as changes occur.

Horrible staff and a dismissive dr. Dr. Cintron would not acknowledge all of my symptoms. He just "knew" I had migraine associated vertigo and threw more pills at me. Youre lucky if you can get him to see you for more than 10 minutes. Finally got a 2nd opinion at another neuros office since Dr. Cintrons office wont allow you to see another dr in the same practice. My new neuro who was with me for an hour and 15 minutes stated that it was plainly obvious that I had MS. If Dr. Cintron had actually listened to me then maybe I c... read more

As far as Dr. Cintron... I like him as my doctor. I have been w/him for years now. However, his staff sucks. I do the home delivery of my meds. I give Dr. Cintron staff ALL the info in what is needed.... I am speechless when it comes to them. They NEVER get it right. So then I have to go back and call them again and ONCE again give them the info. Again they mess up. So my insurance company said dont worry we will call them. I just dont get it. I give you all the info that is needed. Do I need to go there and do it myself??Th... read more

I have been Dr. Cintron patient for 13 years now. My injury is only treatable by medicine and I see him every 6 months. He also workedvery hard for me to recieve my SS disability. I would give him 6 stars if they were available. I would not trust my care to another neurologist. I think he is kind, considerate, and very caring about his patients.Trish

Horrible Service. Cant get through to office telephone--ever. Seems they are permanently on a recorded message. When you do get through, you get put on hold for a "minute" that is normally about half an hour. Then they tell you that the Doctor will call you back except that he never does. Not after one day, one week or longer. This happened repeatedly. Doctor said to email him, but then they kept saying their email system is having problems and he never gets the email. This is one highly disorganized confused and basically w... read more

Doctor is knowledgeable but very poor service by the staff. After the first visit and tests there is no follow up care. Called the office several times. Everytime the staff have the standard answer " the doctor will call you back with results and advice on follow up treatment". It had been more than one month since my first appointment. Still waiting .....Very horrible service.

I cant seem to understand why I cant talk to a warm body. I am suffering from Menieres disease amongst other ailments. My dilemma is to get someone on the land line to talk to. I have been home from work for 4 days Why do I have to send an email to my doctor to make suggestions, this is absolutely insane! I hate this type of service! It isnt personal or warm, and yes, I am going to seek for another neurologist as I sway here back and forth on my computer suffering from this horrible vertigo!
