Absolutely awful level of service. I scheduled a session through Teladoc for care. After several back and forth scheduling conversations, I agreed to a time suggested by the doctor. The visit was confirmed several days in advance. At the time of the session, the provider never joined the call. She did not reach out to offer a new appointment time, didn’t cancel the visit, and was just completely absent. This is a completely unprofessional and unacceptable way of operating as a mental health provider.
