Dr. Aghaei is an excellent family physician. She is knowledgeable, compassionate, and attentive, always taking the time to listen and explain everything clearly. Her office staff is friendly and efficient, making appointments seamless. We feel well cared for and highly recommend her to anyone seeking a trustworthy doctor.
The doctor is incredibly knowledgeable and kind, yet her secretaries are rude and incompetent. The secretaries told us the wrong time for our appointment, and made us wait for almost an hour. They do not follow up on referrals, and hardly return your calls.
