I had been going to Dr. Carter for years. I had previously gone to Dr. Barnard who was there prior to Dr. Carter. I went for a scheduled appointment and was told that they no longer accepted my insurance. I was very disappointed to hear that but more for the fact that they didn't tell me over the phone. I have always had such high regard for Dr. Carter and his staff. I found another dentist who did more x-rays than I've ever had done and gave me a very bad prognosis. Going to Dr. Carter for years! Staff treats you like family, Dr. Carter has a great personality, and he is very knowledgeable!
The whole office staff was so friendly, and very understanding about having to bring my toddler with me. My experience with them could not have been better.
I switched from Dr. Carter and decided to go to anoth Dentist closer to home; what a bad idea. Dr. Carter and his staff provide excellent services and are very knowledge.
