Recently my wife had heart surgery, after we got to the surgeon, the care was excellent, but follow up have been lacking. My wife has been going into afib pretty frequently not every day though since the surgery, she called in asking for help and guidance, and the only guidance she got was it’s not a big deal, I’m sorry afib is a big deal. I went to Dr. Flood as he was highly recommended by two people and my PCP. He was excellent as advertised. He was fully prepared for the appointment and explained things patiently. He also answered all my questions. His nurse Kiyana (my apologies for any misspelling) was outstanding. She was so efficient, so professional and very personable. She made a great first impression of the practice..
