Did this ENT Otolaryngologist promptly contact you with any test results? Yes, they were very promt Did this ENT Otolaryngologist answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Was this ENT Otolaryngologist able to diagnose your condition quickly? Yes

Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes. Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Not at all! They exceeded my expectations

I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. They were not able to diagnose my condition quickly. In fact it is still undiagnosed and am searching for answers. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. Everything input before this is what your system dropped in. Those are not my words. Get a new feedback system. This one is not worth my time! I saw dr Carlson once. He did not... read more
