I like him as a person, but I wish I had gone to a dentist of greater skill. The way he did my crowns (non-cylindrically) guarantees that they fall out every few years. There's also the incident where he insisted I do a crown fitting without novocaine, against my stated preference. I screamed for 30mins straight, through the procedure. I think it gave him nightmares. He apologized later. The most annoying residual effect of his treatment is a crown gap into which literally everything I eat gets stuck. He's a good dentist. Not perfect (It's hard to be.), but definitely good.
We have been patients of Dr McDonald (and his whole team!) for over 30 years. They’re like family. Dr McDonald is so kind, takes the time to explain what he’s going to do, provides alternatives, and is just an expert at everything he does. We love him and everyone in his office!
Such a terrific group of dental professionals. I always feel at home and welcome each time I visit. Sally, Gaylene, Jennifer, Laura and of course Dr. McDonald are simply the best in dental health care! If you are apprehensive of going to a dentist then you have not been here!
