My son has been going to Dr. Jackel’s office for some time. I am extremely disappointed with the doctor, and him not caring about his patience at all. My son had another episode of seizure, we got admitted to the hospital, hospital called the Office several times to let them know what happened, no one ever called me back, doctor never even cared to call me and check on my son. Front desk personnel is extremely rude, not personal at all, and absolutely don’t care about patience. This office only cares about collecting money. ... read more
